PharmaPartners develops, sells and maintains together with their customers information systems with high added value, which give the needed suppor in the professional business of pharmacies, general practitioners and affiliated organizations.

PharmaPartners is the company behind the eHealth Information Concept, an ICT -concept that offers cooperating health care providers access to reliable, actual and complete (patient)information. Overall more than 3000 health care providers are connected to one of the 220 partnerships automated by PharmaPartners. Within these partnerships pharmacies, outpatient pharmacies, general practitioners and physiotherapists share patientinformation and functionality support the collaboration such as electronic prescriptionsharing, a medicationformularium and partnershipprotocols. Together these partnerships provide care for over 7,5 million people.

• Flexibility Modernizing primary care through a standard solution that encorporates all changing law and regulation and is suitable for the different environments of their customers requires quite some flexibilty. From an ICT perspective the EPD is a challenge for the partnerships automated by PharmaPartners.


• Modernization Pharmacom is the standard solution for the entire business support for pharmacies and one of their core applications. ISDC contributes to functional specifications and technical improvements for Pharmacom. ISDC also assists in migrating the core of Pharmacom from a legacy Cobol to the modern Java environment. In this ISDC is an integrated part of the development team.
