How long is the selection process?
The average duration for the selection stages is about six hours. It can happen in one day or it can be spread over several days depending on your availability. It is complex and tough, but nevertheless enjoyable.
What if I apply for a job with ISDC but my CV is considered not eligible for the job?
When you apply for a job with us, you initiate a contact. We respect this as an act of interest in our company so you will have a prompt reaction from us. Your application is then registered and analysed. Even if it fails to meet the requirements for the given job, we make sure that you are provided with a reply, explaining our negative answer to your job application.
Who decides on making an employment proposal?
The ISDC management team takes the final decision about your employment proposal. They ground their decision on the feedback received from all interviewers. Their decision tells you if a specific open position is suitable for your professional profile.
Who do I meet during the selection process?
Throughout the selection process you will meet and interact with professionals from different areas: technical expert, HR officer, psychologist, English trainer, operational manager. This way we will have a broader understanding of each other
Will I receive feedback about my performance during the selection process?
Yes, of course. All ISDC people you will meet in the selection process will provide you with relevant feedback in relation to your skill level. You will also receive input on how to further develop your skills.
